Revolution Marketing partnered with Citi to bring a taste of Rio to NYC by creating “Rio on the Hudson”. We cleverly converted Pier 26 into an authentic and immersive Brazilian experience open to the public and free of charge for seven days and seven nights. “Rio on the Hudson” blanketed Pier 26 with Olympic-themed experiences and activities that entertained guests night and day during the course of the Summer Olympics, including a full outdoor stage programmed with Brazilian artists, drummers and dancers. Our Churrascaria provided authentic Brazilian fare and beverages with an outdoor dinning area complete with palm trees rustling in the breeze. Furthermore, Revolution Marketing took on the daunting task of converting the end of the pier into a private beach experience where attendees could play beach games, relax in the sand, and enjoy the spectacular Hudson River views.
