Chalkfest is a community event featuring professional chalk artists drawing live in downtown Prior Lake, Minnesota. It includes a live chalk art contest with amature and semi professional local artists. The event was created as part of the city's #PLWORTHIT campaign to draw more visitors to downtown businesses during road construction season.
