Each year, Salesforce hosts the Dreamforce conference in San Francisco. It’s the largest conference in the city and there are hundreds of parties, dinners and marketing activations during the conference week. The Glow team was tasked with organizing a Third Eye Blind concert cohosted by Salesforce and Accenture for their VIPs. To customize the space, we brought in projection mapping to create a Dreamforce branded mural along the main venue wall. Guests entered on the main floor and into a “forest floor” theme. VIPs were escorted to the mezzanine level with an “above the clouds” aesthetic. Bars were adorned with custom signage and coasters, and columns were wrapped with graphics to look like trees. Early in the evening, VIPs were able to have a photo opp with the band. Once the music started guests danced the night away under the custom Salesforce cloud-shaped disco ball suspended over the dancefloor.
