Okta Press Event

Okta holds an annual press presentation to discuss findings in their Businesses @ Work Report, which covers industry trends and metrics. They wanted to up the production from last year’s event in their office and provide their press attendees with a warm, welcoming environment for their morning breakfast briefing. With many attendees joining remotely via live broadcast, professional staging with impactful branding was a must in order to cater to both in-person attendees and internet viewers. Okta tasked Glow Events with reimagining the Tank18 venue to make it feel different than any past event in the space. We drew inspiration from the Businesses @ Work “Data Mountain” design in the report to create a mid-century modern mountain lodge – a perfect warming atmosphere for a chilly January morning!
