2016 Maxim Halloween Party

The 2016 Maxim Halloween Party , deemed the sexiest and scariest halloween party in Hollywood, hands down!. Our Maxim party strategy was to make the events Artistic, Fashionable & and great Music to Collide to create the ultimate party and brand experience. There were performances by Ne-Yo and Michael Jackson - MJ Live. The entire event was designed and produced by Cinematic Producer Dylan Marer & Team. Cinematic Producer Initiatives: - We transformed the bare concrete Shrine Convention floor, and common areas into a high-end, multi-room, progressive party and luxury ultra lounge meets Haunted House, out door effects. - We created a breathtaking haunted vignettes, scary and interesting outdoor experience INSIDE the Shine with Hollywood sets, staging, video, effects, lighting & sound design - We hired, booked, managed and produced a celebrity performance and world class superstar Ne-Yo and the Michael Jackson - MJ Live to garner media and attention. - We hired, booked, managed and coordinated a PR team to manage celebrity appearances to participate and garner press and media to enhance the publicity and profile of the event. - We worked with Maxim’s sponsors to create amazing activations. - We executed a turn key production from design, creation though seamless execution.
