Overview
From Tribe of Asher
Designed as a worldwide crowd-funding movement, Dressember is an anti-human trafficking organization empowering men and women to fund holistic, life-saving prevention, rescue, and aftercare of those trapped in slavery and sex trafficking. Advocates wear a dress or tie every day in the month of December as their symbolic flag for raising funds. Tribe of Asher served Dressember in a series of 2017 events that led to their main campaign season. From conference workshop "How to Start a Movement" to Dressember's annual kick-off, TOA designed a product that would engage its community in practical ways. Fundraising is hard work. As advocates need to be equipped and supported in the daily work of fighting human trafficking, TOA designed a delightFUL "tool kit" curated with sponsored products relevant to the story and mission of Dressember... Emphasizing a connection to the very wearable essence of Dressember, boxes were lined with fresh florals and Rifle Paper Co. clothing fabric. Tool kit items included: - Raven + Lily's recycled cotton covered journals for capturing their campaign journey - Objects With Purpose's wearable scented candles (applied like perfume oil) - Rifle Paper Co. inspirational task list note pad, with quote, "Great things are done by a series of small things brought together." - Rifle Paper Co. thank you cards intended for their donors - And, "Emergency Chocolate" for those moments an advocate desperately needed a break from all the hustle!
