ASTMH's #TropMed2020 went virtual! We partnered with one of our favorite Associations to take their largest annual conference online, creating a wonderful experience for their international audience.
Here's our partnership by the numbers:
-Facilitated and operated 296,627 minutes of Zoom calls in just one week (that's enough content to fill 206 days)
-Over 4,000 viewers tuned in, up from the expected 2,500 attendees
-Around 2,000 presentations and poster sessions were given to an international audience
-17 concurrent breakout sessions streamed live over four days
-We tracked 540,145 Virtual Platform website clicks from around the globe
-Our green screen traveled to DC to film Presidential remarks
