Behr Virtual All Hands Conference

Behr hosted its all-hands conference virtually for the second year in a row. Normally an in-person event held at a venue, spring of 2022 was held virtually in a custom designed XR (extended reality) platform that allowed them to connect with the content more deeply. Filmed in studio and pushed as-live, attendees were encouraged to engage with the platform through gamification of elements such as networking, content download/view, and even during breakouts with DJ led games.
