'I'll Have What She's Having' - Opening

New-York Historical Society celebrated the opening of "I'll Have What She's Having" - The Jewish Deli, with a little help from our friends at Katz's Delicatessen and Ben's Deli. This special exhibition examines how Jewish immigrants, mostly from Central and Eastern Europe, imported and adapted traditions to create a uniquely American restaurant and reveals how Jewish delicatessens became a cornerstone of American food culture.
