Overview
From Bash Creative
Event Objective: Concept and create a non-denominational holiday-themed celebration for 5,000 employees that was fully immersive and executed flawlessly! - Venue sourcing in San Francisco that was a blank canvas for the high guest count. - Fully curated event theme displayed through decor, food & beverage, and activations. - Large selection of entertainment and interactive activities with the goal of keeping wait times to a minimum. - Functional and seamless arrival and coat check experience (hot item from previous holiday parties). Solution: To make this vision come to life we chose a raw space we could build up. Through a significant amount of lighting, greenery, custom vignettes, and themed out food stations guests were transported from chilly San Francisco to warm and sultry Cuba. Some interactive highlights included classic car photo ops, authentic street food carts, wearable-themed swag, personalized poetry, a Carmen Miranda-led samba line, Cuban coffee lounge with gaming tables, and Cuban cigar rolling. With everyone arriving at similar times, it was important to keep them all moving within the space by implementing an automated coat check system, and micro-environments to represent various Cuban neighborhoods to add to the intrigue and guest flow.
