PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT A dedicated LMH virtual event expert works with you to provide all details you and your attendees need for a successful experience! Our preferred platform for our virtual experiences is ZOOM. We provide the link that guests will log onto for the event and best practices for using the platform. We can also help with fun marketing verbiage and photos for our experiences to help get participants excited for the event! We are there every step of the way to make sure you have a smooth and easy planning process. DURING YOUR EVENT All of our events are staffed with experienced LMH team members who welcome guests, moderate the session and handle the behind the scenes tech to make sure the group breaks the ice and has a fun and productive experience. AFTER YOUR EVENT All of our experiences include a complimentary photo montage that is a great post event follow up with your guests! We send this after your event in a fun email for you to pass along to your attendees.
