You will taste wines where acidity has been finely polished and "set" like a jewel at the heart of white wine. You will also explore the role of acidity in the "structure" of Pinot Noir.

| What's Included | Turn your dining room into a tasting room. PROJECT M brings the Willamette Valley to you! You might have to keep your distance socially; however, you can still get up close and personal with PROJECT M Winemaker Jerry Murray. On the day of the appointment, chill your whites, open your reds, turn on your device, and get ready to be entertained and informed. All appointments will be with Winemaker Jerry Murray. A natural storyteller, Jerry will discuss the wines, his winemaking philosophy. He will likely add a tangent or two, and maybe, if you're lucky, a rant! |
