Curate your own experience with the menu and class of your choosing, from an Udon-making networking class with ingredients shipped to guests to a Potsticker team building competition. Led by Chef Eliza Martin, our own Food Network’s “Chopped” Champ, indulge your team in an unmatched Cooking Competition. From culinary trivia and kitchen scavenger hunts, to a surprise secret ingredient and pristine plating, our cooking competition is filled with thrills, spills, and everything in between. 

Our friendly competition starts with team assignments and breakout rooms, where guests decide their team name and their own recipe approach to tackle the cooking competition. Throughout the Chopped Champ-led class, points will be awarded for trivia questions, kitchen tool use, beautiful plating, presentations, secret ingredient use, and more. Guests will laugh, lean in, and learn the art of crafting one of our beautiful recipes. Winning teams will take home the winning prize ... Chef Eliza's autograph and Chopped-winning recipe!

After a warm welcome, our Chef will guide you in making our udon dough from scratch. However, instead of kneading with our hands, we'll use our feet! Dance on your dough to a live dj musician playing upbeat disco music. Then, continue on by making a mushroom broth, rolling out our noodles, and plating beautifully. After we say "Cheers", continue the party with a 30min dance party hosted by Golden Bell Music, a collective of DJ/musicians.

Knead your udon noodles while bouncing around your kitchen to a world class DJ/Live Musician ... what’s not to love about this! From Coachella to your kitchen, Golden Bell Music knows how to get the party cookin’.
