Client cannot bring to Moonlight Studios any food or beverage from any outside sources other than those approved by Moonlight Studios. Additionally, Moonlight Studios does not maintain a liquor license and therefore one of our licensed preferred caterers must serve any alcoholic beverages that are brought on the premises.

We work with a full-service valet company, VIP Valet Services, that can do full valet or can provide a self-park option where you can rent a parking lot from our neighbors, however, we ask you to hire a minimum of 2 traffic directors to help guests self-park and help Ubers get in and out of our driveway.

The final cancellation fee will be determined on a sliding scale and based on the date of cancellation. Date of Cancellation Percentage Amount Owed: up to 180 days in advance 50%, 179 days to 30 days in advance 75% , 29 days or less in advance 100%.

The loading area can be accessed at 433 N. Bishop Street/Hubbard. Vendors will need to load in through the back alley and then move their cars/trucks to the street for parking. There is free street parking in the area.

Moonlight Studios requires a COI for every event which is due no later than 10 days prior to the rental date. The insurance must list Moonlight Studios, its landlord, employees, contractors, and contracted vendors as additionally insured and protect against bodily injury property damage, personal injury, and other loss arising out of the use and occupancy of the premises.
