Named after noted French epicure Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin and known for it’s picture window overlooking the Marchesa kitchen, the intimate Savarin Room seats from 6 to 12 guests for lunch and dinner events. Framed by brass bamboo chandeliers and a malachite ceiling, this chic nook features a Chinoiserie cabinet filled with rare spirits. The Savarin Room, private but with the bustle of a busy restaurant kitchen, offers a look at Marchesa’s nightly culinary show. A curated collection of china, glassware and flatware allows different moods and themes to be created included in the price of dinner.
