The renovated The Dumbo Loft is an adaptable space with high ceilings, beautiful wood columns, hardwood flooring, and exposed brick walls. The loft’s large windows overlook the interior of the magnificent district of DUMBO with original cobblestone streets and expansive Manhattan Bridge archways. Brooklyn Bridge Park, only a few steps away makes for tremendous photos and outdoor ceremonies.

Caterers that are new to location are required to complete a site visit before the event date. There is a kitchen prep area for the caterers set-up and storage adjacent to the main event space. Our kitchen prep space has the following equipment: a sink, a residential refrigerator/freezer unit, countertop, and electricity.

Furniture

The Dumbo Loft includes the following in-house table and chair inventory: (130) white folding chairs, (14) 60" round tables, (3) 6 ft rectangular tables and two custom rolling bar structures. If in-house furniture is rented it is provided stacked within location at the start of your rental period with the client or caterer being responsible for the set up and breakdown of these items.

Load In

In most cases, all of your outside equipment will need to be delivered and picked up on the event day.

Guest Access

Access available from 11am - 1am (14-hours)

Storage

Storage is adjacent to the main event space.

Cleaning and Trash Removal

The Dumbo Loft must be cleaned and emptied of all garbage upon completion of the event, which is typically done by the caterer of your choice. There is a designated area for waste pick up at the end of the rental period. There is no fee for waste removal.
