In our brasserie specialized in meats, the maturation cabinet stands out, which allows you to see the product directly and transparently. The star method of preparation is grilled, but it also has a wood-fired oven and griddle. All meats are cooked at the moment and in view of the customers. We serve a wide variety of starters and meat, to accompany salads or vegetables, and some basic fish dishes for those who prefer not to eat meat that day.
