Originally constructed to house Austin's first German beer importer, this thoughtfully restored mid-century structure now features a 6,250 sq-ft studio warehouse, a 2,750 sq-ft open-air hangar, and a beautiful 7,000 sq-ft courtyard and lawn. Amenities include a green room, infinity wall, production suites, and catering prep area. Distribution Hall can accommodate live music, screenings, and presentations just as easily as banquets, ceremonies, and immersive experiences. Occupancy is unique for each event and based on configuration, with a maximum capacity of 1,000 people.

Parking on premise
14 Parking spaces on site with ample street parking around the venue and surrounding areas. There are 300 Paid public parking spaces in the building adjacent to Distribution Hall. Distribution Hall is Located behind Plaza Saltillo Train Station, East Austin's first train stop from the downtown convention center. Overall, the area around Distribution hall is bike and pedestrian friendly, with many local restaurants, bars, and music venues all within a quick walking distance.
Load In
Easy load in through a 10X10ft loading door. Vans and small box truck are allowed to drive into the space for load in and load out.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
Janitorial and Porter services are required. Pricing is calculated based on the unique needs of each event.
Permits and Insurance
General Liability insurance is required with Distribution Hall named as an additionally insured.
