The Prep Kitchen

Our prep kitchen is located in the administration building, behind the Sanctuary. The kitchen is equipped with an ice machine, refrigerator and sinks with plenty of space for caterers to prepare their food. It is mandatory that your caterer is familiar with our space before they begin working. The catering Prep Kitchen, connected to the multi-purpose room, can be utilized to support your caterer and your food storage and service needs. The kitchen prep area offers commercial fridge and freezer storage space, ice machine, cleaning and sanitation sink system and plenty of space for food prep.
