Banyan Room, Terrace & Lawn The Banyan Room and adjacent sail covered terrace is a versatile indoor/outdoor option. The Banyan Room measures 30’ x 50’ with lofted 18 foot ceilings and stone tile flooring, giving it a light and airy feel. The room can accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit-down dinner, 150 standing cocktail reception and a perfect space to place a live band or DJ to dance the night away. The entire length of the room is windows with three sets of sliding doors which open fully onto the adjacent 25′ x 50′ sail covered Banyan Terrace. In this covered terrace area, you can seat up to 100 additional guests. The Banyan Terrace overlooks the Banyan Lawn and connects to the Gumbo Limbo Courtyard. An adjacent catering prep kitchen is convenient and spacious.
