The Balcony Lobby is a 1,300-square-foot art gallery with two full-service bars for private receptions. The Balcony Lobby offers: • Can accommodate up to 75 standing • Two permanent bars • Art Upstairs Gallery features New Jersey’s finest painters, photographers, and sculptors on a rotating basis. Rates start at $400 and can increase based on the time and length of rental, technical requirements, as well as several other factors.
