Guastavino’s event catering menus are updated at the beginning of every season and our culinary team is always delighted to design a custom menu to fit your tastes. After 15 years as the Head Chef of the legendary Giardinetto Restaurant, Chef Jaime Vasques accepted the position as Chef De Cuisine at Café Riviera in the west village. In July 2013 he graduated from the French Culinary Institute and began working with The Rose Group. Chef Jaime’s food, attention to detail, and sincere desire to accommodate, have been praised by many leaders of the events industry in New York City.
