The Grand Annex Music Hall is a 150-seat cabaret-style theater and flexible multipurpose space. Renters have used it for filming, presentations, dance performances, recitals, meetings, art shows, fundraisers, parties, concerts, plays and even as a green room. Grand Annex rental rates range depending on the type of event and its requirements. We offer discounts for non-profit organizations.
