Gymnasium

Adjoining The Léman Ballroom is 41 Broad Street, which houses additional spaces available for rent, including a conference room, backstage dressing/VIP area, state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot gymnasium and one of our two 25-meter swimming pools. A second gymnasium and pool are available around the corner at 1 Morris Street. Our two gymnasiums are ideal venues for after-work sports leagues, sports clinics, and other athletic events.
