If a cancellation is submitted in writing (email ok) more than two weeks prior to the event date, CITY GRANGE, LLC will refund the Client’s deposit less a $150 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations submitted less than two weeks from the event date will result in forfeiture of the total amount paid to date. In the event of Force Majeure, City Grange will reschedule the event as quickly as possible, at Client's option, or refund the fee paid minus the deposit.

Load in is negotiated with venue rental team. Typical load in is between 2p-4p on the day of the event as there is no storage onsite for additional items (can be negotiated)

Access is from the Catalpa Ave entrance off Western Ave. (this entrance can be negotiated to another spot in the yard as we have three gates for entrance.

Limited storage onsite for negotiation if needed.

All garbage accumulated by Client or their vendors must be removed at the end of the event. CITY GRANGE, LLC will make every effort to provide trash and recycling receptacles (located in the alley) for trash to be disposed of prior to 10PM. Excessive garbage and recycling accumulated, or events with a guest count of more than 100 people, will require an additional fee for an unscheduled pick-up and/or additional dumpsters to be onsite unless Client takes trash off premises themselves.

We compost with Healthy Soil Compost.
