About
Pier 27 is our modern venue, offering 54,000 square feet of flexible event space. The City View Room (23,000 square feet), situated on the upper level, offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The room is carpeted and has one air wall that can be used to separate the space. Restrooms are conveniently located in the center of the room, and a balcony offers outdoor access and obstructed views. The Embarcadero Room (18,000 square feet), situated on the lower level, is industrial with exposed ceilings and cement flooring. It is lined with roll-up doors that can be opened, allowing direct access to outdoor space along the waterfront. Located adjacent to the building is the Pier 27 Transportation Area, a parking lot with 120 spots that can be rented out for events or used as event space if needed.

Pier 27 features 112 parking spaces. Parking can be paid or hosted. Pier 27 is located along San Francisco's Embarcadero, and features easy access for ride-sharing services and plenty of public transportation options.
Furniture
Metro Events offers a limited amount of equipment available for rent. Most events are furnished by third party vendors. We are happy to provide a list of recommendations.
Permits and Insurance
We work with the Port of San Francisco to ensure a smooth permit planning process. We require certificate of insurance from the client.
