Our mission in developing this space, is to create a domain for creation itself. A haven for, Photographers, Film Makers, Artists, Art Curators, & Corporate Event Planners. This glorious 6,350 sq ft industrial loft, in the fashion district of DTLA is one of a kind. The space is enveloped with natural light including, fabulous high ceilings. Additionally, it has a hair and makeup/green room to accommodate your film or photo shoot needs. Roof top access is also available upon request, Capacity is at 400. We also have a freight elevator taking up to 3000lbs at a time and 7x7 in dimension, which comes directly into the unit.
