“The Roxy Hotel New York”, a name with its own scintillating New York history. Evoking the spectacular 1920s movie theater and the legendary ‘90s dance club, The Roxy is an electric destination for music, film, art, and events. Our guest rooms give a wink to the past yet are modern and uniquely “Roxy”. With venues like Paul’s Cocktail Lounge, Roxy Bar, The Django jazz club, The Green Room, and Roxy Cinema, the hotel continues to be the pioneer it was born to be.

Based on the venue, we have a variety of AV equipment in-house. Should additional AV be required, we have an outside preferred AV Vendor that can assist with your AV requirements. Our Cinema features a built in 10ft x 17.3ft Screen with the capability to connect a lap-top for presentations and (4) handheld microphones Green Room-70" monitor with Screen mirroring capabilities

CLEAN PEACE OF MIND. Meticulous sanitizing procedures and cleaning protocols are in effect throughout all public spaces, and behind the scenes. Cleaning practices follow CDC Guidelines and include the use of EPA-approved products effective against viruses and bacteria, ultraviolet light technology and electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant. Air quality is being monitored with high performance air filters to increase air circulation in the building and all equipment is maintained to DOH standards. Doors and windows will remain open whenever possible to increase fresh air flow

Transportation

No Parking on premise

There is a parking garage located a couple blocks from the hotel. There is also street parking available on Church Street and Walker Street. This is on a first come first serve basis.

All our venues are meticulously styled and include a wide range of furniture based on the venue.

Availability

Events can be booked 7 days a week, any time of day or night. Availability varies based on the date and location. Please inquire with our Events Team, we would be pleased to verify available dates.

Noise Restrictions

When hosting an event in our 8th Floor Penthouse suite, the event must conclude on or prior to 12AM.

Load In

Private street level load-in entrance, no stairs. Access to freight elevator.

Cleaning and Trash Removal

Cleaning and trash removal is completed on-site at the conclusion of every event.

Permits and Insurance

A COI is required for all events

Sustainability

GreenLeaf Certification We only use Biodegradable straws ZERO WASTE We separate all organic waste throughout the entire property to be composed and turned into nutrient-rich soil. NON-TOXIC CLEANING PRODUCTS All rooms and public areas are cleaned with biodegradable, non-toxic supplies that are certified by Green Seal. SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT LOCAL LAW 84 We comply to NYC’s local law 84, the energy benchmarking law mandates that buildings over 50,000 gross square feet undergo periodic energy audit and retro- commissioning measures, as part of the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan (GGBP). The intent of this law is to inform building owners of their energy consumption through energy audits, which are surveys and analyses of energy use, and retro-commissioning, the process of ensuring correct equipment installation and performance.
