Hello! By day we're Build Coffee (https://buildcoffee.org/), a coffee shop and bookstore on the South Side of Chicago. Tucked away in an idyllic brick building, the space is ideal for meetings, parties, workshops, performances, screenings, and more. Build is available for private rental after 6pm Monday-Saturday or after 4pm on Sundays. It's can comfortably seat 20 at tables, 30 seated, or 50 standing. We offer on-site snack and beverage service, or allow outside catering. We also have an outdoor patio available for rental!
