The Roaring Twenties was a time of rebellion, liberation, and cultural evolution.
The Roaring Twenties look is all about that wow-factor of glamour. Layering long pearl necklaces and show-stopping jewels against a simplistic gown take any look to the next level. In the Gatsby-esque area of flappers like Zelda Fitzgerald, zuit suits, gangsters and jazz-like Duke Ellington, old school glamour reigns supreme.

Our small, flexible venue accommodates a wide range of design formats and offers full a/v services. The Pilots Lounge Event Hangar is a stunning full-service event venue in Scottsdale. These edgy venues make a bold statement and bring guests together in new and exciting ways. Industrial-style spaces are also ideal for product launches. The Aviator offers the best in luxury can accommodate anywhere from 500 to 2000 pax. The Taliesin and Terrace Suites are located in the Terrace Court. Both suites can accommodate intimate receptions for up to 50 guests and feature an attractive patio area where guests can escape to and savor picturesque views of the hotel’s lush lawns, fountains and landscaped gardens.

Hold unforgettable events for up to 480 guests in the elegant Gold Room at Arizona Biltmore. With more than 7,000 sq. ft. of classic meeting space, this majestic venue is perfect for a wide variety of events, including parties, wedding receptions, charity events or galas. The Gold Room features an expansive outdoor terrace which can accommodate up to 180 guests.

The Grand Ballroom measures more than 7,000 sq. ft. and can accommodate prominent receptions for up to 500 guests. Featuring a unique, circular shape, the ballroom offers beautiful natural daylight from its floor-to-ceiling windows. The timeless elegance of the Grand Ballroom is complemented with a large terrace surrounding the Squaw Peak lawn, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests.

An event held in our Lower Patio venue will envelop your guests in an intimate, woodsy setting surrounded by lush, green foliage. This semi-private space accommodates up to 35 guests for seated dining or receptions for up to 45, and provides a picturesque backdrop for open-air dining and cocktails.

The Hampton Room is a warm, serene space, tucked away in the restaurant and perfect for an exclusive dining experience. Accommodating up to 35 guests, events ranging from birthday or anniversary celebrations to formal luncheons and business meetings will find this space an ideally elegant setting.

A unique pavillion setting designed to accommodate larger groups, Casa Paloma provides plenty of room to celebrate, without sacrificing an intimate atmosphere. Opening onto a series of exterior patios, fireplaces, and gardens, Casa Paloma will lend an air of whimsy and romance to this airy space.

The Casa Paloma Pavillion accommodates 250 guests for a seated reception, and 220 guests if a seated reception calls for a dance floor. For a standing reception, the Pavillion comfortably allows 300 guests.

Stonegrill

Savor American fare with a Southwestern twist at Stonegrill. Our restaurant boasts a regionally inspired design with weathered woods, exposed brick and sandstone. Wigwam Arizona

As our largest event space, the Wigwam Ballroom provides versatility in its ability to divide into seven separate venues at a time. Features such as a nearby built-in registration desk, adjacent men's and women's bathrooms and spacious foyers add to the Wigwam Ballroom's appeal. Each salon has double entrance doors to provide quieter access to the meeting space. The space also includes built-in house sound and a rear screen projection room which allows for maximum seating capacity.

As our executive board room, Palm Room contains a large wood conference table with ergonomic, swivel-back armchairs and residential-style side tables. Lined with windows on the east side, Palm Room overlooks beautiful lawn and garden areas as well as our main pool.

Wigwam Palm Boardroom

The Arizona Room is a non-traditional, versatile space that can be utilized for both meetings and social events. As a stand-alone room set apart from our Conference Center, Arizona Room is warm and inviting with Southwest decor and curtained windows overlooking our beautiful ceremony garden. Guests love the built-in fireplace and historical photos hung throughout, creating a unique atmosphere.

Our 12,000 square foot Front Lawn is located directly within the entrance gates of the resort. Due to its size and versatility, it is ideal space for large outdoor group needs such as team building events. The Front Lawn is attractively lined with indigenous citrus trees and flowering desert plants.

Cafe Monarch

The Madison room offers full privacy with 20 foot ceilings. This room offers a long rectangle table with capabilities for A/V components. The space features Spanish art as well as (5) glass French doors, which can be opened or closed to the adjacent dining space. The room has a beautiful view of the front patio, which is landscaped with artificial turf, mature pine trees and a large paved area. 

The Madison Room

Our restaurant buyout gives you and your guests total access of the entire restaurant for the evening. Indoor and outdoor seating is available for large functions. Buyouts offer an open bar, preselected menu, staff, and an experience unmatched anywhere in Arizona. The space features oversized 20 foot ceilings with cantera stone pillars throughout. Giant chandeliers, domed ceilings, unique architecture, and old-world elegance adorns the entire space. Valet service can be provided at an additional fee.

Comprising half of our main rental area, The Bistro Bricks Room’s beautifully restored bow truss wood beam ceiling and string bistro lights are sure to light up any event. This room has more blank white walls than The Crystal Bricks Room, and matched with the natural light that seeps into the room it can stand alone as a gorgeous ceremony space! More importantly, its white walls make the perfect canvas for projecting your unique vision or brand.

The other half of our main rental, The Crystal Bricks Room, even though larger, provides a more intimate ambiance for your event. The lighting in this room has 3 dazzling vintage chandeliers, perfectly complementing the exposed brick walls and high wood beam ceiling. Although usually used for a reception/dinner during corporate, social & wedding events, the big open space can be transformed into your dream vision for your event! The Crystal Bricks Room also has space for a stage, white walls for projecting, a charcoal statement wall for the perfect head table placement, and so much more!

The newest addition here at Warehouse 215, The Alcove is made for those smaller gatherings that want to make a big impact with a uniquely special space. Perfect for 60 guests or less, The Alcove is ideal for baby showers, luncheon meetings, bridal showers, workshops, and much more! Although it is our smaller rental option, it is definitely not lacking in charm! The Alcove has the same incredible industrial feel as our other spaces, with large metal doors, airy natural light, and original brick walls. Due to its size and proximity to our larger spaces we reserve the right at the time of booking to request that events in The Alcove end by 4pm.

Arrowhead Grill

Our private dining room has 750 square feet and seats a maximum of 50. There is a private entrance from the private dining room into the patio. A 52″ flat screen TV and HDMI/VGA cable is available for complimentary use of presentations as well for laptops. (We do not have any HDMI cables for any Apple products) Self-parking is available.

Domnick's Steakhouse

The room has a retractable glass roof that can be opened or closed with the push of a button to accommodate your event no matter what the weather holds. The opening of the roof is a great dramatic touch when operated at just the right time during your event. Two air conditioning systems maintain a very comfortable air temperature on any day of the year giving this room all of the benefits of a spectacular outdoor setting with none of the typical worries of rain or shine.

Next to the pool side dining room is the “Library” also on the roof. The Library has a spectacular view into the pool side dining room thru the floor to ceiling movable glass wall. This room offers a warm and comfortable yet slightly more intimate experience.

The pool side dining comfortably seats up to 100 guests and the Library up to 40. This unique space can also accommodate a cocktail reception for 200.

The Wine Room is a dramatic setting within a real working wine cellar. The wine is displayed behind clear glass making them viably attractive and allowing the room temperature to remain comfortable for dining. The room as a 55” LED TV that descends from the ceiling and a complete A/V system for any social event or presentation. The Wine Room is behind glass doors with heavy acoustical drapes making it completely private when necessary and open if you desire to enjoy the energy of the adjacent bar dining area. The Wine Room can accommodate up to 25 guests depending upon table configuration.

The Executive Dining Room is a sexy intimate space for up to 16 guests. The floor to ceiling leaded glass doors create a dramatic entry and custom drapes provide privacy if your event requires. Hidden behind our beautiful custom drapes is our 55” LED TV available for presentations or for watching your favorite team win the big game.

ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho

This new, hidden room offers truly private dining in a chic and cozy atmosphere with mid-century modern design details. The flexible seating arrangement allows you to enjoy either a traditional, seated meal or a cocktail reception, with plug-in sound and a 65” TV for photo slideshows and presentations that appears as a mirror when not in use. Choose from our seasonal menus, or allow us to create custom menus for your special event.
