Moe’s Southwest Grill Edible Art Gallery

To launch AR artwork throughout the nation’s Moe’s Southwest Grill franchise locations, Chandelier Events was tapped by Allison + Partners to design and produce an Edible Art Gallery at Hudson Mercantile. Chandelier brought in Pinch Food Design to bring their culinary vision to life: spin art quesadillas, salsa-infused mixology, Alinea-style live nacho painting performance art and an architectural burrito hedgehog wall. Chandelier also recreated the AR experience with the art gallery walls and produced a rooftop music concert complete with a merch center to highlight the brand’s music portfolio.
