Overview
From Tribe of Asher
TOA designed core audience engagement components for The MotherWell Movement's virtual fall retreat, including a thoughtfully curated Home Kit of goods woven throughout this innovative zoom event as centralized content. Designed for mothers to connect and acknowledge that well- being matters more now than ever, we offered a dynamic communal experience for all attendees. MWM Founder, Bree Lumsden, kicked off the retreat with a "brain dump" exercise. Attendees released mental distractions by jotting them down on their Swipies reusable notepad and erasing them. Integrative Grief Guide, Jasmin Jenkins led attendees to acknowledge the grief and loss due to the many challenging events in 2020. Participants explored their eucalyptus-scented Colorama play dough, introducing a tangible way to activate emotional exploration through multi-sensory play. Therapist and co-founder of Lot XI Urban Apothecary, Krystyl Wright led the crafting of meaningful rituals that nourish. Attendees unwrapped Lot XI's "Sunday Morning" bar soap and workshopped ways to elevate daily habits into mindful rituals. Moon Cycle Bakery owner, Devon Loftus, spoke to reframing the discomfort of our monthly cycles into an opportunity to practice self-compassion as a core part of their mission. In a celebratory send off, attendees unwrapped their final Home Kit item, lemon rosemary sea salt to be enjoyed with their next meal, guided by Consciously Connected Health Founder, Aly Eads in a "Mindful Eating" tutorial.
