Glass House

The restaurant was recognized by Interior Design as one of six "Eye Catching Restaurants" in the world, won "Best Hospitality Design" from the International Interior Design Association in 2017, and won the 2018 Boston Society of Architects' Hospitality Design Award. The menu includes a New England raw bar, contemporary food and drink inspired by American and international cuisine, and an extensive local craft beer and drink menu. Once the center of the nation’s glass-making industry, East Cambridge attracted the most accomplished artisans from across the globe and produced patents for the cutting edge glassworks of its day. Today, Kendall Square remains a hub of innovation, and with its industrious roots has transformed into one of the major science and technology centers in the world. Glass House is a nod to the neighborhood’s glass architecture, its inventive history, and its contemporary focus on discovery and exploration.
