Truist Field

All food and beverage services are operated by Pro Sports Catering, a premiere food and beverage provider for many minor league baseball facilities around the United States and within 3 sports entertainment venues in the Charlotte region.

When booking an event at Truist Field, clients have the opportunity to utilize our ballpark assets such as the 80ft digital videoboard, right field ribbon board, message boards and then use of all TV presentation screens. The ballpark operates a surround sound system with the ability to focus on particular areas of the park, and with each event Truist Field has a top-tier production staff who will work hand in hand with each client to ensure the event is produced smoothly and successfully.

With the ongoing pandemic, it is our number one priority to ensure our clients and their guests are safe when inside our ballpark and hosting events. We pride ourselves in communicating with our healthcare partner Atrium Health on a consistent basis learning the safest methods and protocols to operate events in our ballpark at a reduced capacity by implementing social distancing measures, updating our sanitation and cleaning operations, and following all state and county guidelines.

All event spaces come with the in-house tables and chairs and black linens if needed. All furniture can be removed if desired by the client, and Truist Field has no limitations in terms of types of rentals and materials used for events.

All event proposals will include proper cleaning and trash removal before, during and after events. All staffing will be coordinated through the venue based on the type of event, event time frame and number of guests.

Truist Field has non-profit rates for all event spaces, as the ballpark is a frequent host of charity walks/runs, charity fundraisers and annual gala functions.
