Gold Space Atlanta Skyview is an exquisite event space located in west Atlanta, the beating heart of the city. The space is located on the top floor of the building with floor-to-ceiling windows creating the absolute highlight of the venue, the beautiful sky view. Here you get a Buckhead feel, without the bucks over your head. There is nowhere in Atlanta that encompasses the spirit of the city in its totality like the Gold Space. The corner space allows our clients to have views overlooking the east and the north of the city. Patrons of the venue will have the option of catching a soothing view of Georgia mountains across city or watching the skyline of the Atlanta skyscrapers behind beautiful pine trees. Our space symbolizes the diversity of the city where agriculture meets infrastructure. The Owners of Gold Space Atlanta Skyview work diligently to uphold the best customer service to our vendors. We want clients to experience a Gold Standard when hosting an event. We have representatives on call to assist through the entire booking process or to help answer any questions, give tips for caterer or any other referrals. We are a community-based organization, therefore we are happy to provide discounts and sponsorships for non-profit organizations.

Gold Space Atlanta is 100% black owned to service 100% of the Atlanta and metro area population. We believe that it is important to build economic growth in the African American community. We also feel that it is more important to provide our clients with the highest level of service imaginable. These two focuses helped us to create the name “Gold Space Atlanta Skyview.” Our goal is to make Black Business synonymous with Excellent Business. When you think of Black Businesses, we want you think of “Gold Standard” ergo Gold Space Atlanta.

Cancellations
The half-down payment is non-refundable. An event is considered booked when Gold Space Atlanta has received a half-down deposit (that is 50% of the rental amount) and we have marked your invoice as Reserved. You are not booked until your invoice has been marked Reserved by Gold Space Atlanta. The half-down deposit will be applied to the total balance. The remaining balance must be paid on or before 45 days prior to the rental date and is non- refundable/non-transferable. More in policy.

Guest Access
All guess will enter through front entrance. Every event held on the weekend will need an additional door person to buzz people inside of the building. $25 an hour for door person. Client may provide their own door person at no charge. The door person has to be available throughout the entire duration of the event.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
There is a Security Deposit held prior to your rental. See details below. The basic $150 cleaning fee that is automatically added to each rental covers Gold Space Atlanta mopping the floors and cleaning the bathrooms only. The Renter is responsible for cleaning after their event or hiring our cleaning crew for a Full Event Clean for an additional $200 (total of $350).
