The restaurant is located in Arris building at 1331 4th St. SE in The Yards / Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. Chloe, named for Karoum’s eldest niece, as well as the ancient Greek goddess of agriculture, is open for dinner seven days a week with a weekend brunch service. Designed by designCASE and built by Hospitality Construction Services, the interior features counter seating at an open kitchen with the bar plus an adjacent patio space during warm weather months.
