Prior to infusions and macerated spirits, ingredients, tinctures, and elixirs were prepared "a la minute" in the apothecaries of the late 1800's. Prequel & Co. Apothecary will welcome you to an entirely new perspective on the possibilities of the cocktail bar experience, paying homage to the "Méthode Classique" of cocktails.
