In the event of cancellation, the deposit is nonrefundable. Please be aware that your reservation is not guaranteed until we receive the signed contract and deposit.
Guest Access
The guest count is based on the contracted amount. Bodega will notify host as soon as the maximum capacity of the party is reached. We accept guest count decreases up until 2 weeks prior to event date. For increases in guest count, we must have final number 5 days prior to event date. If an expected increase is to occur day of, please notify Event Manager to discuss arrangements. Client acknowledges that all guests, in their group, participating in an alcoholic beverage package is 21 years +
