An Elderberry classic. Since we opened in 2017, our most popular plates have become a Mürver classic and have never left our menu. Thracian Curly, Octopus on Ash, and Burnt Rice Pudding with baked rice pudding ice cream for desserts are among the signature dishes of our menu, in which seasonal ingredients play the leading role.
