Negroni Cocktail Bar

The Negroni Cocktail Bar is situated in the heart of Barcelona, to be more precise in the cosmopolitan quarter of El Raval, a short distance from the MACBA and CCCB museums. Inaugurated in 2004, Negroni opts for traditional cocktails served in a contemporary environment. It has become a renowned meeting point in the Barcelona scene and a cult location for cocktail lovers. Since 2007, this cocktail bar has been run by the barman Daniel Gómez, who is also its co-owner together with Andrés Soto. At Negroni, the barman-client relationship is vital. Not only is the cocktail list considered but direct conversation with the customer is essential, taking into account the customer's preferences and tastes. The result is a made-to-measure cocktail arousing surprise which may even be classed as an eye-opener.
