Chef Andy welcomes you to come & explore the tastes of true Thai cooking! We feature many difficult to find authentic Thai dishes such as Kapi Salsa, Kapi Fried Rice, Gaeng Som Cha Om, Som Tum Poo and Tum Poo Plara salad. Be warned, while many Thais love these dishes, they are not for everyone due to their spice-level or mud-fish curd inclusion which some people find aversive in taste.
